When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and will acquire late fees after the 5th.
Do you accept Emergency Housing?

We do not have emergency housing but do have a preference for natural disasters and family violence. Give us a call to inquire 432-447-2807
Do you accept section 8?

We do not accept section 8
What is considered an after hour maintenance emergency?
- Fire (Call 911 first, then maintenance)
- Broken water line or flooding
- Broken lock on your door
- No air conditioning in hot weather over 85 degrees
- No heat in freezing weather under
